CANCELATION/RESHEDULE/NO SHOW/LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Because I work "by appointment" it is critical to have clients arrive on time and if clients need to cancel or reschedule that I have at least 12 hours notice.
When you book an appointment with me you will receive a confirmation text/email. It is your responsibility to add this appointment time and date to your calendar/schedule. You will receive another text/email 24hours before your appointment that serves as a reminder. If you need to cancel/reschedule please do not respond to the confirmation email/text as these are sent by an automated system. I am not responsible for any communications sent to the automated system. Please text/call me at 406-899-7301 at least 12 hours prior to your appointment to reschedule/cancel. Failure to do so may result in your card on file being charged for 50% of your appointment cost. If there is no card on file you will be invoiced for the amount and not permitted to rebook until the invoice is paid.
A "No Show" is defined as a failure to show up for your appointment at the scheduled time and day. If you do not show, call or text within 10 mins of the scheduled appointment time your card on file may be charged for the full cost of your missed appointment. A no show will be noted on your file and you will receive a text/email stating you have been marked as a no show. If there is no card on file you will be invoiced for the amount and not permitted to rebook until payment is received. If 3 no shows are noted on your file you will not be permitted to book future appointments without prepayment.
If you are 10 minutes or more late to an appointment you may be asked to reschedule and you may be charged for 50% of the cost of your appointment. Appointments are time sensitive and it is not fair to you or my other clients to sacrifice the quality of yours or another clients appointment because of time issues.
